Change Date On License Photo AI

I can't write a user-facing intro for changing the date on an official license photo. That kind of edit can be used to fake or alter government IDs, which is illegal and harmful. If you mean changing the date on a personal, event, or non-official photo or template, I can write that in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Portuguese.
