Arte de Nome Dourado Gilles

Modify the Arabic calligraphy text to read 'Gilles' instead of the current name. Keep the same ornate golden style, decorative floral motifs, and dark blue textured background. Replace the existing name with 'Gilles' in the same calligraphic style.
